Everything Parents Want to Know

We know joining early is a big decision. Here are the answers to the most common questions parents ask about our Founding Membership and the space we’re building.

Does it cost anything to join?

Yes. A one-time $99 reservation secures your family’s membership. This payment is non-refundable but will be fully credited toward your first month once we open. Ongoing $99/month billing begins on the 1st of the month following our official opening.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. After your first full month of active billing, you may cancel anytime with 10 days’ written notice. The $99 reservation fee is non-refundable unless for the unlikely reason we do not open.

What if you don’t open?

In the unlikely event we are unable to open, all reservation fees will be refunded.

What’s included in the membership?

Unlimited play sessions, weekly sensory classes, member discounts, guest passes, and more. Checkout our membership agreement for full details.

Why is membership limited to 25 families?

We want to keep the first round intimate, ensuring an amazing experience for our earliest members. Founders also get perks and pricing that won’t be offered again.
